Congratulations to Jeffrey Schratz for being named a Paul Harrison Fellow by the Lockport Rotary Club! Jeffrey Schratz was instrumental in restoring the Historic Palace Theatre in 1999 and has continued to be a supportive and active Board Member for over 15 years.
