“The Prom” is a musical comedy about four narcissistic Broadway actors who, seeking good publicity, travel to a conservative Indiana town to support a high school student, Emma, who is banned from bringing her girlfriend to the prom. The musical explores themes of acceptance, love, and standing up for what’s right, as the actors and Emma navigate the complexities of small-town prejudice and the power of self-acceptance.
